For Beginners/Intermediate

What does the course cover?

• Learn the fantastically adaptable art of glass fusing
• Create a light enhancing gift for the home or garden
• How to add embellishments
• Making one Dragonfly in a choice of colours

You will cut and shape glass and add embellishments such as glass Beads, Paints & Stringers to enhance your work to make a beautiful Dragonfly.

Learn the best way to cut your glass and additional processes to complete this course – ideal for beginners and improvers who want to get creative.

This is a great way to get stuck into glass fusing and make something creative.  Your glass work will be fired in our kiln in the GLASS GARDEN STUDIO and then you will be able to collect when fully fused together.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing but your friendly self and a sturdy pair of closed-toed shoes.  All materials & tools are provided.

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please check you can attend the date/time before booking as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards, and we can’t reimburse you or offer catch-ups for any missed sessions. We are a small business and need classes to run at full occupancy so we can keep the lights on and our bellies full!

Glass workshops will be held in THE GLASS GARDEN STUDIO which is located behind our bungalow called “Lorna Doone”, White Ox Mead Lane, Peasedown St John  BA2 8PJ …. you need to drive down Eckweek Lane and we are behind the white bungalow just by the mini roundabout.
